RETURN, REFUND AND SHIPPING POLICY
This is the “RETURN, REFUND AND SHIPPING POLICY” section of the main “TERMS & CONDITIONS” and is being published separately for your convenience
RETURN, REFUND AND SHIPPING POLICY Off Piste Racing (14POINTSEVEN) is hereby referred as “Seller”, “we” or ‘us’. Without prejudice to the under-noted.
1] Returns/Cancellations: Seller does not offer returns or exchanges. However, the management may use its discretion to offer refunds or store credits in certain cases, which discretion shall be exercised on a case-to-case basis, and the customer is not bestowed with any inherent right for return or exchange, in pursuance to this policy.
2] Refunds (if applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, Seller will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and the amount (minus the administrative fees, as explained in Terms of Use) will automatically be credited to your original method of payment or in your store account credit, within 14 working days. However, the period prescribed above is variable and Seller is not bound by the same.
3] Late or missing refunds (if applicable): Subsequent to approval of your return and the receipt of the returned goods to the Seller, if you haven’t received a refund within the prescribed period, you’re requested to check the same with your Bank/Card Company. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at training@ashishraorane.com and we will assist you towards the same.
4] Shipping (if applicable): Upon approval of your return by Seller, you are required to ship your product as per address instruction on email. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
5]Restocking Fee (if applicable): Restocking fee would be a minimum of 20% of the order amount for all orders.
6]Shipping, Return and Delivery : When the ordered product is in stock (available), we shall attempt to ship the product in 2-3 business days. If the ordered product isn’t in stock, then it is shipped the next business day after the ordered product arrives.
Seller clarifies that timelines prescribed for processing and shipping of orders are exclusive of holidays. Any reference to “days” on the Website or communication is to be deemed as “business days”.
Seller ships to India only! Within India if the shipping carrier that you choose does not ship to your pin code we will choose an agency that does. We reserve the right to ship partial orders as per our convenience.
Tracking details are sent to you the next working day of shipping! You can login to check these details. Shipping carrier and costs are available at checkout.
Seller also gives a facility of giving shipping instructions for the order which can be provided at checkout before you pay for the order.
7] Shipping INCO Terms and providers: The terms are Cost + Freight. Seller engages the services of Fedex, DTDC, Shree Maruti Courier, Delhivery, Ecomexpress, Shiplyte (Aggregrator), Shiprocket(Aggregrator) and Speed post for the purposes of shipping your products. Please refer to their website for more information about their policies and terms of carriage.
8] Force Majeure: Seller’s obligations to deliver and execute the Order are suspended in the event of strikes, floods, storms, other natural calamities, pandemics, war, interruption or shortage of raw materials, lack of fuel / energy, major machine breakdown, adverse order by the government or courts, change in law, or any other event beyond the reasonable control of the Seller (“Force Majeure Event”). The Order is prolonged to the extent necessary until such a Force Majeure Event is extinguished. Seller will also not be liable for any delay or damages caused by interruption or shortage of materials, failure of supplier or sub-contractor, shipper, lack of fuel / energy, major machine breakdown, customs delays adverse order by the government or courts, change in law (“Exclusion of Liability Event”). In the event of any Force Majeure Event or Exclusion of Liability Event, the Seller shall keep the Buyer promptly informed of the same and the buyer can check in with the Supplier for updates on the matter.
